Canad Inns properties have a significant market share within the very competitive sector. The twelve Canad Inns facilities, affiliated restaurants and nightclubs, serve over 8.5 million customers per year.

We are the largest food and beverage operator in Manitoba with over 37,000 seats in our restaurants and clubs. Our Grand Forks facility can accommodate over 1,600 people in our various food and beverage venues.

Canad Inns owns and operates a number of commercial properties that include Canad Centre Garden City, Canad Centre Transcona and Canad Centre Polo Park. These commercial properties, consisting of over 180,000 square feet, host a number of tenants ranging from large national chains to small independent professional service offices.

This annual program recognizes Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies, which have demonstrated exceptional ability and aptitude in all areas of management and business practices. For the past seven years (2003 – 2009) Canad Inns has been awarded Platinum Club status. The Spirit of Winnipeg Awards are presented annually by The Chamber and BDO Chartered Accountants to six local companies, charities, and not-for-profits that have embraced change by taking a concept or idea and choosing to do things differently. Canad Inns was the 2011 receipient in the Large Business category, and was selected because of its reputation as an innovator in hospitality concepts, working with community and public sector partners to develop unique destination concepts, such as a hotel on the campus of the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg.
